A first love: Loved harder than any other, missed worst of all in the end.
Tears shed over knowing exactly whose fault it was and how easily the ending could have been avoided.
No other girl ever elicited tears. No one else caused such strong emotions.
Or maybe not. Maybe there was indeed a girl that had that power. To stir up such emotions.
Crying on the floor of the gymnasium while a friend tried her best to be comforting. Could have been just from sleep deprivation having its way with rational thinking, making small things seem big
